I’m Chirath, the Deputy Leader of the Sri Lankan IOI team. With the 2026 Olympiad approaching fast, we are looking to hire an experienced competitive programming coach to run intensive training for our contestants.

What we are looking for:

• Proven Experience: A high CF rating (Master/Grandmaster) or strong IOI/ICPC background.

• Coaching Skills: Ability to break down advanced IOI-style topics (advanced DP, HLD, segment tree variations, etc.) and debug flawed logic.

• The Role: Assess our current level, curate targeted problem sets, and run online mentoring sessions to help our talent peak for the contest.

Logistics:

• Paid Role: The hourly rate, schedule, and session count are fully negotiable based on your experience.

• Timeline: Looking to start immediately for intensive pre-IOI preparation.
