I want to advise people of 3 things:
Stop writing stupid blogs (exactly as I was doing 3 years ago).
Focus on practice.
if you want to become skilled at riding a bicycle, you just have to ride the bicycle more.
I would like to say that interval training is destructive in every sense of the word.
This is something simple.
I'll also say that I think this blog is pointless, maybe.

But I love hitting those VO2 max intervals on my bike
Stop biking, start running on yo feet for VO2 max.
Max deadlift?
But that doesn't really help with VO2 right?
Nah I’m just using ad hominem
Oh, at some point my Max deadlift was 245 lbs, but now I struggle to even pick up my backpack...
It’s ok mine is only 250
What's funny is I nearly broke my back to hit that PR when I was 14 (body weight: 160), but now I can barely lift up the bar + 10 lbs on each side (body weight: 190? 195?).
"stop writing stupid blogs" my brother in christ this is one.
It's a celebration post, hitting Pupil nowadays isn't trivial.
even if it was "guys i hit gm" it still wouldn't be contributing anything to the community
But there's nothing wrong with writing stupid blogs... the poster enjoys his freedom. Assuming you celebrate July the 4th that is...
i don't celebrate 3 days after canada day day
also freedom means "the government won't jail you for saying things they don't like" not "i wanna say stuff on the internet and you're a tyrant for disliking it" but i digress
Well done! It is a real achievement to keep on pushing and improving your skill especially in the LLM era.
