give me you suggesstion how can i grow from newbie --> pupil
I am new to Codeforces and competitive programming. My goal is to reach Pupil
How should I practice? How do you approach reading problem statements? What should I do when I cannot solve a problem? What helped you improve the most as a beginner? is there is any question sheet that i need to follow ? should i choose question topics like we choose on leetcode for dsa?

Try to brainstorm on problem for hour, if you cannot solve, see the tutorial... if you still not able to solve after even seeing tutorial, drop that problem and take it again after few weeks.
try to do 800-1100 rating problems more, try to gain speed. don't go for harder, try to solve the easier problems quickly. give virtual contests.
