As far as I know, users that cheated once won't be banned. They will get a warning, and if they repeat their action, they will get a ban. So, that's not Mike's fault for not banning this cheater.
But, I think there should be a rollback so that we can kick XVIII's ass out of top 10.
He cheated in the last two contests but no actions was taken against him. Nor there was a anything from Mike though it became a major topic of discussion. Now that is guy is 10th. His last contest's code had very much similarity with some LLMs. Also if he was genuine he would at least give a clarification who he is or he has not done this or that. No need to prove that this guy cheating his way thorough and Mike is watching it with pop corn in his hands. There is an upcoming div 1 + div 2. Just get ready to see him / her / it in the top 5 or 6.
You should have real evidences, words only can't prove that he cheated. And I'm sure that Mike do feel concerned about this situation, but he couldn't do anything more (because the reason I said above).
Note: I'm not supporting cheaters, I also really hate them (and, as you see in my blogs, my main job is exposing cheaters). I'm just thinking that, you should not say such inappropriate things about Mike. Remember that, without Mike, there would be no cheaters in CF, because CF itself wouldn't have been created.
I am not trying to defame Mike in any way. But an obvious cheater is out there who have reached lgm. If you look deep into it there are many blogs written about him which got very high reach. And some have mentioned the LLM which he used. These are much of evidences against him. Like if comments are not there in the code does not mean that he cheated. He is just cheating and everyone can see it. If you go for concrete proofs than this guy will never get terminated at all because he just not directly past the code from an LLM. Mike was tagged many times. But no response from Mike for months now. That's the thing most annoying here.
