Hey there! Since new year is coming, I want to start little summing-up of the ending one (of course we still talk about hacks :)).
I wrote another short script, which purpose was to summarize all hacks in the 2014. I wanted to upload it after two last rounds, but mostly because of little differences (especially between first and second place), I did it before last rounds. Maybe the next rounds will be more exciting because of it.
Below there is a list of 50 best hackers in this year (so far), the full list can be found here.
Update: After last round, the ranking was updated.
The last round was decisive: mosiomohsen made 5 successful hacks and 1 unsuccessful and with 450 points, he managed to surpass anta. Congratulations!
Aah, I can finally be top 10 in something :D
Extremely awesome work, kostka. Hacking submissions in a live contest in itself is an art — which a lot of us (Like me, only 1 successful hack!) need to work on to improve. :)
Thanks for interesting stats) I should improve my hacking to be higher in this list next year :)
the_redback in top 20 ! Welldone !
20...rly? I thought, that I wasn't so good in hacking
Finally someone found something regarding competitive programming where tourist is not at the top.
Makes one question the authenticity of the post though. :P
But he's one of the most accurate, though. Among top hackers he has the lowest mist percent :)
Oh! I have potential to get the first place in last two rounds :D
When you write Codeforces Round #284 (Div. 1 && Div.2)? thanks kostka
Soon, but I cannot answer when exactly.
One more idea, you may also build a rank by "points per round". Take all guys with, let's say, 5 or more contests during last year, and sort them by challenge points/number of rounds. Not everybody participate in every single contest :) And also most of div1 guys don't take part in div2 only rounds.
Will you update it after "Good Bye 2014" contest.
In progress... Will be done in this year (at least in my timezone).
