Is there a comprehensive guide for creating interactive problems on Polygon? If not, could someone who is familiar with it create one?

Creating interactive problems almost the same as not-interactive. The main difference is that interactive problem has "interactor" :)
I think, the most valuable to read for creating interactive problems is this blog: https://codeforces.me/blog/entry/18455
Also it may be useful to check official example in Polygon "example-interactive-binary-search".
P.S. It might be a bit difficult to find button for creating interactive problem (I spent some time on this for the first time). You just need to create problem as usual, go to the "General info" section and under the "Memory limit" will be option to make problem interactive.
