Why am I rated for Div2 ?

Is it a punishment for my horrible performance ?
Please fix this issue, I was Master before participating in today's Div.2 Round. I should be unrated.

and rainboy was CM before contest and he is shown out of competition in standings, there is some glitch

When you registered for the contest you were <2100. I think you should’ve unregistered and then registered again after you became ≥2100.

I don't think there is a bug, if you see whoever affected all become master in last div1+2 contest, so definitely those affected might register for contest before rating calculation of last div1+2, same thing with rainboy also he is master before last div1+2, similar things happened earlier also sadly there is nothing to do with this.
