I have recently started DSA ,so i am habituating to attempt coding contests.But whenever i attempt a contest ,my confidence is constantly going down with the p.o.v that i am unable to solve problems .

Everybody has same problem. The increase in difficulty of the questions will inevitably lead to a decrease in your confidence. Nobody can avoid it.You can only adjust your mindset,think about what would happen if you failed,you will find that failure doesn't bring any pain.After you understand that,you will have a better mindset to face difficulties.
