during this edu Div.2, from some moment I couldn't access to standing page. This only happens for my home wifi and I can open standing page by phone or VPN. So It is definitely an IP ban.

Same issue with me. All other pages were working for me during and after the contest except the Standings page which was working for the initial hour. I remember I refreshed the Standings page multiple times during the contest and then it stopped loading. After the contest, I connected to a different wifi and now it's loading.
