How to get out of newbie ?

I have been stuck at the same level for a long time, and it feels frustrating. No matter how much effort I put in, I don’t seem to be making progress. I want to understand what I might be doing wrong and what changes I can make to move forward. Are there any specific strategies or techniques that could help me improve? How can I stay motivated and avoid frustration while working toward progress? I would really appreciate your expert advice on how to overcome this challenge. it feels boring when you stuck at the same level.

If you can solve div.2 A and B fast or solve A,B and C. You can easily get to pupil.
