My friend can Send as Much Comments he want, But I Only can Send One Message per 10 Minutes. How to Fix this Issue?

I think there is some sort of rating requirement to not have this cooldown, i remember getting annoyed by this when i was starting cf.

    Yes, this restriction was already quite tough even when I was dropped down to just Expert. It should be even more strict for lower ratings.
