Last year I was asked to upload the KYC documents by FedEx. I found out that it is mandatory to upload KYC documents to get an international courier so I went ahead and uploaded on their official site, it's completely safe to do so, if you are worried about your information then you can use your driving license which is relatively safe to share as compared to Aadhar or PAN.
However, I didn't pay any custom charges last year, everything was paid by Meta, you may have to look into it.
thanks!!
I didn't pay any custom charges this year. I was told the charges may apply if you delay in your KYC verification as the shipment would be delayed then.
