I have a question. if i am complete all my credits this year will i am eligible for the next year regional if i have not reached max 5 regional post secondary starting year and also age rules ?
Suppose i started my Bsc at 2021 and complete 2024.so can i participate in 2025 regional and maybe world finals ?

You can't join as long as You have to acquire the skill personally Then the competition has to be done in the versity Such should be maintained
I as far I know it's possible . because local teams also can participate btw you can contact your university faculties who are engaged with it and handling/ guiding icpc teams from NSU .
