CSES is probably one of the best sites for learning patterns, really recommend it: https://cses.fi/problemset/
(their book Competitive Programmer’s Handbook is also very good)
Codeforces.
Like, for real, you'd get better at (specifically) Codeforces when you got to understand how the site and its content works (and of course with enough fundamental algorithmic and problemsolving skills).
