This cheater elour posted div 2 B solution in a blog while the contest is running ,now they are cheating on Codeforces without hesitation in front of everyone.
i saw this blog that has a very interesting idea to reduce cheaters. Additionally, there was a blog about adding a phone number to verify accounts. These ideas could actually reduce the number of cheaters on this site because cheating is ruining it.
Thank you telegram indians, for ruining this website for some rupees.

Lol! You too have 3 skipped contest (March 2023, Jan 2024, May 2024).
They are unrated not skipped. One of them is April Fools Contest.
I had downloaded an extension from a recent blog:

According to the developer: "The extension analyzes user submissions made only during contests. A user's profile is flagged (marked as cheater) when all their submissions in a contest were skipped, indicating potential foul play."
So i thought it was a skipped soln. from the contest, if it is not then sorry i Apologize .
And i was not taking about the April fool contest, those 3 contest i mentioned is not in his contest list, you can go to his submissions and apply filter skipped.
But that doesn't hides the fact that most of cheaters are from India and those are not random Indians they are people studing in reputed colleges in india just for sake of some tag they are doing so much cheating.
We have so many posts about ways to reduce cheaters, but it's really sad to see no further measures have been taken. There are still lots of people who cheated 5+ times and still didn't get a ban. I can name 4 people I know in such case, and I'm sure there are lot more.
Please, MikeMirzayanov, temp/permaban/rating reset those people who cheat 3 times on the same account. False positives may happen, but it's extremely unlikely that one people get falsely caught several times. If we don't ban them, cheating will never be controlled.
Phone number verification sounds like a good idea. Would prevent alts and make banning more fearsome.
The blog you linked doesn't provide solution for several reasons:
1) 20 contests is simply too much(I think I participated in around 10-15 cf contests in 3+ years I have been doing competitive programming) and would discourage new users from participating.
2) It doesn't even solve the issue itself, because you can just launch bot farm and make them all submit CE on A or someting and after 20 contests you have a lot of rated acccounts.
Adding phone number verification doesn't solve the issue either, because you can just buy one online for like 1$
I suggest you just get better and stop wasting your time.
