Problems: Atcoder is usually harder (either too ad-hoc or too mathy). If your cf rating is below 2600, your atcoder rating would typcially be dropped by 300+.
If it was your first time trying atcoder, you might experience extremely poor performance and start questioning yourself whether you are dumb or the problem is just way too hard. It takes time to get used to Atcoder's problem since they're different from Codeforce's
