I think you are doing good, because I started 19 months ago, and I am only specialist
I see you almost always solve 2 tasks on div2, but if u do it slowly, u won't ever get specialist. So, first of all, u should start improving your speed. IMO, that is really important. If u solve faster, you get more rating. Secondly, as I sad higher, u solve 2 problems on div2, but specialist must solve 2-3 problems(more 3).
If u like div2, try to open recent contests and solve C problems. Or u also can open any div3 and participate virtual — you dont have to come up with really hard new ideas on div3/4, because these contests are educational. And you must know these default ideas, because all new ideas are made of older). And after every contest I try get OK on problems which I didnt solve during contest time. Without such practice, u wont be able to grow up)
By the way, there is such a good course on CF. It was made by ITMO University and u can find it, tapping "EDU" (link: choose num. 2)
thank you for your valuable suggestions
