He must play *******.
Sorry, it was a joke, I was also suprised about his amazing mind and I admire him, too. I think he will be a legend in the ioi history for his perseverance.
It seems that you really like Genshin Impact
As a foreign player, I really appreciate China's Genshin Impact.
Of course, I also admire Yuki Tanaka from my country.
Genshin Impact is very interesting, isn't it?
Maybe but I quite hate random Genshin memes coming out of nowhere. It's dumb.
Don't play Genshin Impact here.
true
We need Um_nik.
Stop flattering yourself, Traveler, about the profession of being a Genshin Impact player.
I think some jokes is not suitable for some situation...
No, it wasn't a joke. You represent Chinese people's image.
NEVER use such bad memes on international websites like codeforces.
Yeah, you're right, maybe I was so excited about blackyuki's performance in the competition.
why downvotes??
You may be wondering why Yuki Tanaka (JPN1) is associated with Genshin in the Chinese community, here's why:
On the IOI day 1, since he hadn't submitted problem in the first three hours, everyone felt confused and began to guess why he didn't submit.
One guy, just for fun, came up with a ridiculous reason: he was starting Genshin, so no code was submitted. People thought this reason was absurd but fun, so they began to use "The starting-bro" (启动哥) or "starting-bro Tǎ Nà Kǎ" (启动哥塔那卡) to refer to Tanaka.
Later, some derivative usages of this meme were produced. Every time a contestant who is well-known in China passes the problem, people will type "<name>, start!" in the chat to express their congratulations.
In summary, the comments which talked about Genshin are just playing a meme. Not that he's really a Genshin player. But I personally oppose this kind of behavior of sending comments with confusing meme regardless of the occasion.
I felt so surprised when I saw him submitted his code at the ddl.
Admiring his strong mind.
He played ******* ****** for 3+4 hours and got rank4.
Legend 4ever.
Maybe you can @rainboy :)
No

He will become a legend in the history of IOI.
He will be remembered by Chinese OIers as "Genshin Impact, link start".
Of course he'll be remembered
Totally calculated
Maybe extremely lucky, I think no one would risk to submit the code at the very last moment (risk of losing chance to get higher points if sth is wrong with the code)
What do you mean, in IOI all points are aggregated for total points. (I think you assumed that the point you get is the last submission. If you meant waiting for last moment to submit, then you are right lol.)
Playing Genshin makes him the real king.
So Genshin is really interesting.
Let's start playing Genshin!
You need Um_nik.
Genshin is for simps
Look at antekb last 10 minutes of competition.
Legend
Orz
He still had 90ms left :d
Surely a legend and the most entertaining contestant to watch. Hats off to blackyuki!
What
He is just so good that he needs to limit himself by just looking at the statement for 3 hours in both 2 days.
Everyone keeps saying this, what is the backstory :))?
He just literally did nothing in the first 3 hours and then suddenly 100 almost every problem, and most of them needed only 1 sub.
Nah, probably he was just spending time thinking hard about the problems
Of course that is the situation but can we just say that he limits himself :D
my team had (almost) similar case at ICPC local qualification round, bcz of this submission we qualified to the national contest.
this is only at a small local round i can't imagine what would it feel like for IOI.
Let us call him Genshin Brother! It's only a joke.
So why didn't Yuki Tanaka submit A2?
That really confuse me.
Maybe he just don't have enough time to solve it after getting C2's 80pts
Maybe. It seems that A2 is really hard to get a part of the points
