The most recent rating distribution I could find was from 2021/09/07, so I decided to recreate it. Like the old one, this only includes active participants who have also competed in at least 5 contests. Here are the results:

I really don't wanna dominate here :(
There are less people in my rating range (500 rating) as in master range (2100 rating). From this, I very logically deduce that it is harder to reach 500 rating than 2100 rating on Codeforce.
This graph didn't include negative contenders :(( like the beast tibinyte2006 for example. so it is even harder to have negative rating
I agree; tibinyte2006 is like the secret twin of tourist on codeforces
