I don't know why but i cant hack other's solutions in any div 2 rated contest. I lock the problems and then wait for the round to end eagerly but i am disappointed all the time. I read some blogs about how how can only do hacks in your own room, but i cant do it in my own room either. If someone could please help me.

In Div, 2 you can only hack during the contest
means only within the 2 hours and 15 minutes that is given to solve problems, I mean 2-3 times i am able to hack all solutions(i cant remember the contest but i think it was a div 3 one).also for about 12 hrs after the contest had ended
In normal Div. 1 and Div. 2 contests you can hack others' submissions only during the contest and only if you're in the same room. You will gain or lose points from these hacks depending on if they're succesful or not.
In Educational Rounds (rated for Div. 2), Div. 3 and Div. 4 rounds you cannot hack anyone during the contest but you can hack anyone during the next 12 hours after the end of the contest. These hacks do not affect your score.
