Hello Codeforces!

Recently I heard from a lot of people on Codeforces about the privileges of a tester of Codeforces rounds(solving problems regardless of your timezone and grasping a better understanding of the thinking process of the creator of the problem). But unfortunately, I couldn't find enough information on how I can become one myself.

I assume it requires some better performance in contests as well as a higher rating than my right now, but someday I wish I will be experienced enough to contribute to the process of developing Codeforces round. And if I'm lucky create one myself! :)
