Why is CF2276G's rating only 2100?
In Educational Codeforces Round 195, only 8 participants passed it during the contest.
In clist, its predicted rating is 3255, but the newcoming official rating is 2100, much lower than 3255, even lower than Problem F's 2400.
So what happened? I'm confused that his time there wasn't rainboy lol.
