Blocked on Codeforces

For the past few weeks I have been trying to get a good grasp in python by solving several DSA question across many platforms and today also I was doing the same...But during my practice on Codeforces when I tried to submit a code while taking help from CHAT-GPT(I don't do this often I only used it because I am learning python and I also asked for some specific syntax , I never copied the question and pasted it on ChatGPT) I got blocked .I was wondering if anyone else also got the same problem as me and what should I do now ?? Please note that during that hour when I was submitting the problem there were no running contest and I was only using chatgpt and other websites like W3Schools for learning the syntax.I never copied from anybody or used AI tools to cheat anywhere.
