Does anyone know any good websites to participate in rated CP contests for Australian times?

I was looking at the upcoming contest today and it is pretty good for me (8:30pm ish). I usually can't participate since codeforces is around ~1am my time, and atcoder is usually 11pm which is hard for me to do. Does anyone know somewhere where we can participate at reasonable times, or do I just have to wait until the rare contest time like today?

Otherwise I'll just keep solving without being able to graph my improvement I guess :D
