One way to look at it is if there will be no changes to tackle this, you can treat this as ELO correction — people would have lower ratings but if you compare 2 honest participants, their relative rating would remain the same.

Edit: But I agree it's a big problem ofc. Just saying that if you care about skill and want to measure it against other people you know, it doesn't really matter.

Is it possible to solve Div1A in Python? My code is identical to the ones passing in C++ or C#. Runtime is PyPy 3.x.x. Still getting TLE.
