I know posting this on codeforces does not make sense. But I can't practice or even look at problems on topcoder. For instance http://community.topcoder.com/stat?c=problem_statement&pm=2402&rd=5009

When I try to open the problem badNeighbors via the above link. I get " This problem statement is the exclusive and proprietary property of TopCoder". I can't even view problems on topcoder. And whenever I try going to the arena I get "completing login .. please wait" and then I get logged out, and then it won't log me in via my credentials. Please tell me does this happen for everyone? Please answer, this is really frustrating. Please tell me if there is some other way to view and practice problems on TCO.
