this is by no means a finished product, but I ran it for a small in-school contest and saw great results, so I thought it could help others. expect bugs. pull requests are very welcome.
TLE Live is untested with IOI-style contests, so expect bugs.
we highly recommended you limit unnecessary use of this software (i.e. running it in the background while livestream is off) as to not overquery the Codeforces API.
