Does anyone still remember this problem Dreamoon and Ranking Collection?

In the statement of this problem, Dreamoon would like to collect all the places from 1 to 54. Now, after 41 more rounds, Dreamoon did it!

      dreamoon deliberately performed bad to get to reach Div2 so he could get rank 1 in a div2 round, but someone (qwerty787788 according to enchom's detective work) made a fake account by the name "sorry_dreamoon" to ruin his plan. eventually sorry_dreamoon won and dreamoon had to settle for 2nd place.
