Is the list of authors of each of the ICPC problems publicly available? I found by chance one or two Codeforces comments in which a user mentions "I am the author of problem X". But I have not yet found a list of all the authors per problem.

ICPC WF problem authors aren't made public unless the problem author outs themselves.
Thanks for the data! I had no idea that such was the established practice at the ICPC World Finals.
Interestingly, it stands in contrast to many other competitions like Codeforces, IOI and the Latin American ICPC Regional.
You can also claim that the problem is yours and wait to see if the real author reveals themselves. :)
