User activity problem

Hi everyone!

I think there is a problem with user activity.

logged in:

logged out:

Even though "What activity will be shown to other users" is set to All.

What's the problem?

A wild guess: timezones.

I believe when you're logged in, your activity is shown with respect to your local timezone. When you log out, it appears to suddenly change to the Moscow timezone. (E.g. you had an Accepted early on May 16th in your local timezone, but it was still May 15th MSK.)

Though I don't know if that's expected behavior.
