Tired of somehow solving just two problems most of the time.
I know I need to improve but still Div 3 gives me (and I hope many more people) some motivation to keep grinding in our journey.
That's it. Would be great if Div 3 frequency went slightly up.

My question:
How you plan on getting better when you want to reach Div2 by giving Div3 contests?
Right now I am far away from reaching threshold for div2, so it will be some journey to get there. For that I need to stay motivated and consistent bad performances are not good for that.
Can you do it without div3? Yes. But would div3 help? 100 times yes.
You can do some virtual contests. It's a pretty good option
