I am getting wrong answer in 81 test case of problem young physicist so can any one tell me where is error in my code

Sum of components of vectors is zero doesn't mean that sum of vectors is zero. You can see it in your testcase:

0 2 -2
1 -1 3
-3 0 0

Sum of vectors there is (-2, 1, 1). So no, body isn't equilibrium.
