I only practiced on a2oj ladders and cses problemset + some vc and upsolving. It was okay till now that is 1900 but i don't know should i continue it or do something else. Eagerly to see how other coders practice.
Codeforces + atcoder + some other random judges like kattis with ICPC/OI contests. Codechef problems are too easy if you have the required knowledge so I only try to solve the hardest problems there. So I guess my strategy was always "a bit of everything".
Contests + upsolving on Codeforces, Atcoder and Codechef.
