How to make a submission using codeforces API?

I want to submit my solution and get the verdict without opening the Codeforces site. I looked a lot but couldn't find way to submit using Codeforces API.

    I am trying to build a project which submits your code from your terminal and tells you the verdict.

Maybe you can check CP-Editor repo here They have feature where you can submit from ide and check the status of submission. I hope it helps you
