Hello everyone,

I've been stumbling upon mentions of many great properties of programming in Julia lately and been thinking of starting with it.

I couldn't find any resource about using it for competitive programming. Would love hearing if anyone already have some experience with it, and what was his thoughts?

Also I find it very appealing to learn a new language using competitive programming and problem solution. I saw that it was added on at-coder, but will it also be possible to add it over here in Codeforces?

I indeed found a post regarding supporting Julia at atcoder in the Julia Discourse. Some skilled people from the Julia community would probably be interested in helping out to support the language.

Any news on supporting Julia from the CF community? I also found this thread which seems to confirm some enthusiasm for Julia as a supported language.

Are you already successfully using Julia on AtCoder? Is the absence of Julia the only reason why you are so inactive on CF? And I don't mean this in a negative way. After all, I'm one of those 4-5 weirdos, who are using D programming language here. Just having a programming language supported doesn't automatically result in it gaining more than a single digit number of users.
