Is there any possibility to arrange another div-4 round or a sequence of div-4 round for us(Newbies and Pupils)? And how much effective div-4 round is for us?(So far as I think,it will increase our confidence level. That is why I said so.)

I don't think anyone is opposed to the idea of a Division 4 type of contest, the only issue comes with huge rating inflation as can be seen with the first round. This issue has to be addressed before consistent Div 4 rounds can happen.
Can you explain why rating inflation occurred in that round? I'm just curious as I think I was not active on CF at the time of the first Div 4 round (or maybe I just missed it).
Basically, many participants got boosted across multiple rating classes e.g. Pupil to Expert. Since the problems were pretty easy in comparison, even bad performances (relatively) resulted in large positive deltas.
How solving $$$3$$$ easy problems instead of $$$1$$$ will increase your confidence?
Maybe,It could giving newbies a low rating competition could help them in facing competition and also boost their confidence so that they could perform better in Div3 and Div2.
I think div-3 rounds are easy enough.
