Please add Um_nik's channel. He sometimes does quality commentary and even if he doesnt, his code is short and clear. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3-pkjZ8-D4aW8QfaExuMjw

For algorithmic Video, I found Abdul Bari sir most effective. He teaches everything on so much easier way. He is one of the best teachers on youtube. If anyone want to understand the theory in best way,he must visit the Abdul Bari sirs' channel.

    He's definitely great a great teacher for college exam preparation, but his content isn't focused on CP.

<self-promo>

Neither a top competitive programmer, nor a top Youtuber, but in case it helps someone, I sometimes make 3Blue1Brown styled visual explanations/dry-run of codes written in the editorial or clean code written by some Red coder, usually within ~24 hrs of the end of contest. I'm glad you like my stuff :)

Also, AlgorithmsLive is super good. It's not that active anymore, but everything there is recorded and really useful.

Do not foget pashka! He explains very well. For russian-speaking users on his channel there are already a lot of materials to study, and for english-speaking users, a lecture is planned tomorrow. It must be great!

There are many good channels on youtube but these are some very good ones (for learning purposes) , related to comp programming which are either active or have some good content for newbies and veterans alike. (in no particular order)

I found vedhant's fluent algorithms to be quite useful. Some of the algos like Mo's algo on trees was explained beautifully.
