Given that over 5000 people have solved the problem, I think it is fine the way it is. However, if you have a specific question, or can point to a specific part of the statement which you do not understand, it would be much easier to help you.
Simply saying that a problem is confusing does not help anyone.
In a live contest, if the statements are not clear you can ask for clarification
