I'm not good at PS. I want to start over again . How should I solve problems in codeforces? Is difficulty wise sorted is more helpful or Most Solved sorted ?

I would recommend listening to some music to get in the groove while programming. This is a good example. Other than that, A20J Ladders are pretty good, just start with Div2 A's and B's and work up from there.
