Hacking bugs in the "edu" topic.

Hello everyone.

I got message that my submission has been hacked(EDU -> Binary Search -> Step 3 -> Problem C, Cows in Stalls). But it is incorrect test, because K has to be greater than 1.

Has anyone had similar cases?

It was K>=1 in statements before, but K=1 is definitely strange case, we'll fix and rejudge
