Not sure if this is against the rules, I'll delete this if so.
I will pay $5-$10 hourly (maybe more if you are effective) for someone to explain all div2 and div1 round problems every contest (after contest) on a 1-1 session. PM me to apply for this. Will only consider Master or above ranking for this, unfortunately.

While I don't think this is against the rules (as long as it's after the contest of course), it seems like a waste of both time and money.
Editorials for each round are posted once it's over. It can be a little hard to understand what they're saying sometimes, but it's a very good skill to have to be able to read some text and grasp what it means.
In my opinion, having someone explain every problem to you might actually slow down your progress.
No worries, you have a good point. Most of the time, I solve A-D quite well and understand D-E editorials just fine. But at sometimes, they take time. I usually spend hours trying to decipher things and figuring out some resources to understand some things. I also ask users via comment what's going in. It's a time-consuming process. I want to get it over with within 1-2 hours as I have other things to do. And you're right, it might slow down progress. Let's see if it works I have money to spend anyway :)
I think that for this to be effective it'll need more than 1-2 hours too.
But why would you waste your money and time to ask someone to explain problems like Div 2A or B which you are already able to solve by yourself?
It is not against the rules if the idea is that someone explains the problems to you after the contest.
I hope you can find someone to help you! Good luck!
I think this is just more of an undervalue of smart people's time: this is essentially tutoring.
well if smart people need money then they won't waste any time
I don't really think you need to pay them. Whenever I don't get the code or editorial, I drop a text to the person who solved that problem during contest, and luckily no one has ever ignored me yet. This codeforces community is really awesome and helpful.
Though I'm a Master but obviously I'm not talented enough to solve all problems. If you need someone who can explain every (esp. Div 1) problems I think you'll need to find an IGM (and maybe pay more).
If I were you I'd buy some coffee and drink it while reading the editorial, insteadly :).
it's 10 dollars per hour which will be around 3000 dollars per month if one works 10 hours per day .
No one works 30 days a month, 10 hours per day, I'd've gone insane
10 dollars an hour is garbage for someone as talented as a GM
If you are rich then you can donate me some. :)
focus on making memes
Your English is very good (lmao), though.
No "Master or above" have such free time to deal with persons like you, dude.
Solve easier problems.
Come on, it's not like tutoring is that unheard of. I would definitely consider it if they paid more and I didn't have a job already.
I think he should change the proposal to 200-300$ per hour. Is this good -is-this-fft-? :)
What, is that a joke? No, that is ridiculous, something like 30 euros per hour would be a reasonable minimum. But the amount of money that seems reasonable will depend a lot on your cost of living.
Solving problems on your own is also a necessary and good ability. I think you should try reading the tutorial after contest.
Did you get any genuine response?
paying someone for explaining the editorials is quite pointless, just get an orange friend, whose knowledge can be used by you constantly for free :), it's not that hard. btw 5-10$ hourly is a really small cash amount for someone who is good at cp and will work on a 1-1 session, for example: in russia(country with not the biggest prices in the world) good cp tutor costs atleast 2000 roubles per hour, which is like 30$/hour.
Some years ago I had seen this post, so I guess you will find someone
Choose your blog titles wisely next time..
Why?, what's wrong with the title?
It almost seemed to me as if he was paying to give contests for him.
