I have participated in #636 Div 3 and successfully answered the first question. But in my profile, I am still unrated and also in the contest section it is showing that I have not participated in any contested. It has been already 15 hours after the contest.

Wait a few moments . After division 3 contest there a 12 hour open hack round ( though that also finished ) then system test ( that finished too ) . Now they check for plagiarism ( who copied other code ) , after finishing that your rating will be updated automatically .

      in div 2 rounds now-a-days it took less than 30 m ,

      but in div 3 and educational round sometimes it took 4-5 hours ( after open hack round finished )

      but most often its took less than an hour after system test . be patient !
