Before Today's round I took part in 197 rated rounds, and I was hoping to mark my 200th round by becoming a master, however my hopes failed as I became master in Today's Round <3 <3 <3
I have been doing CP since February 2015, more than 5 years. Finally today I reached master, I wanted to share this blog with you because I see a lot of times some users say I am not advancing, my rate doesn't change, I am stuck in rate... Believe me in the end everything will change, just be patient and keep believing in your self ;)
You can take a look at all ups and downs in my graph, I didn't reach this level easily, It just takes time.
Happy coding all, I hope you will reach what you want soon.
Congrats and good luck
Congratulations
Congratulations
Oh! I soooo needed this.
When you're Div. 1 ONLY, it makes a huge difference. I think you'll find that out soon enough. I got my first Master a year ago and only now I'm starting to advance further.
Yes I am expecting difficulties, That's why I intend to quit rated rounds for a while.
No, don't quit. Writing rounds is the best you can do at this point (either virtual participation or real rounds).
No you got me wrong, sure I will continue doing virtual and Div.2 rounds, I just need to start the round with Div.1 B not Div.2 A like I used to, In this stage I guess solving fast is very important.
quitting, and enjoying your color is pretty nice.
Congratulations.
Would you please tell me your practicing approach ?? Like, how many hours a day you trained yourself, what types of problems did you solve on a regular basis?
Just change to Mortey Profile Picture to Rick Sanchez :D
Just kidding, anyway here is my approach:
First part of my training was about learning new topics, I used LightOJ for this, this site has a very organized categories, when I want to learn something new for example game theory, I used to google and read different articles about this topic but the problem with such articles they just suggest interesting and hard problems for practice, in LightOJ you can find problems in every level, from the standard easy problem, to medium and hard in the end. I used this method in my first 2-3 years, however anyone can make it in much shorter time.
Second part was about practicing things I already know, that was a little more difficult, every time I wanted to solve problems I got bored after ~30 minutes and I end up reading the editorial, to solve this problem I started to take part in more rated rounds, in rated round you can't stop because your rating will drop much, and you don't have editorial to read. This method worked well with me as now I have much time to think in hard problems, of course upsolving after the contest is over is very important.
Thank you so much sir.
Interesting. How did you come to know about LightOJ of my country?
My coach Pepe.Chess recommend me to use it.
My great coach I'm so proud of you , congrats and I hope to see you as a red coder soon .
Thanks man, I hope to see you expert soon <3
loser. I needed exactly 100 rounds
Loser. I needed exactly 3 rounds
Having multiple accounts is forbidden, you will be reported
Are you the real Eva though?
I don't answer to hse students
Shish, gotta change where I study.
rotavirus is indeed Eva Krauze. I had a precious oppurtunity to meet her during a music show.
Nope, this rotavirus is obviously not that singer Eva Krauze, Have you seen her Instagram? All she do is butchering songs, roaming around with friends all day and taking silly/cringy pictures (her IG is full of this shit), how can someone have time for coding after all this, she is definitely not that singer, feel free to downvote, I dont care, but this is the bitter truth. Period.
PS. Eva is just a fake account handled by a psycho MAN.
Yeah, that's an obvious fact ig.
Plus I don't get the thing why everyone's so busy talking about them and grabbing their attention.
It's cringy.. What if I change my username and pretend to be a celeb & then everyone post their selfie with my codeforces profile. It's of that level to me.
There are several other
sites
where it can be done in privet. #StopThisCringe.PS. Eva is just a fake account handled by a psycho MAN.
Indeed
and 5 rounds to lose red
Bro.. that's an achievement
rotavirus I'm betting I can beat that.
These days everyone can beat that
rotavirus Never thought you'd say that :/ Thought you were cockier than that.
What could I say? These days, when purples can participate in div2s and edus, when there are 3 times more participants than in 2018 and one gets 2-3 times more rating for a good performance, every indian can become a master
I agree with the rating inflation thing, but why the generalisation for Indians?
top level bakchodi
No offense, but in 2018 I saw orange Indians just a few times
In 2018 I used to see oranges few times. Now-a-days it seems like almost every comment section (except contest announcements and editorials) is full of oranges.
That is because CP is still gaining puopularity among indian crowd. In some years, hopefully, you will see a lot of red indian coders.
Hmm, I thought Indians are more like brownish...
rotavirus That is such a hit in the face. I always see you criticizing low rating coders and you can't get away with excuse of rating inflation this time. We got a div2 today. What say?
Nevermind!
Nevermind
.
@
HAHAHAHAHA
Yo what the fuck was that
Stop giving him / her attention. He / she is not worth your time.
I identify as 65 years old so I am retired and have plenty of time to spare.
means every indian is atleast as good as you.
means every indian can be as good as me
Feels weird to see you without the purple color, anyways congrats!
Congratulations
I want to have a lot of likes, pls
Congratulations for becoming a MASTER
I hope and I will become an EXPERT in this month <3 Thanks for your inspirational blog that motivate me so much <3
congrats coach, i hope you become red soon
It's just rating inflation
How did you extract this information?
Wrote stupid program
i hope I will be master and further in near future :v
Does having a girlfriend affect the CF rating ?
Make one and then experiment :D
Don't worry, you can still become Master in your 200th rated round!
Ironically, he became Candidate master in his 200th rated round xD
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
