As you may know, this year, CEOI is held in Slovakia (and we've finally got a website that doesn't look like it's from 1990!). There's a list of participants for IOI, but never for CEOI. So let's make it!
Since there are just a few participating countries, I won't bother automating it. Just mention your country's participants in the comments.
UPD: What about other countries? I added Slovakia, but there still aren't many listed.
UPD2: The teams are listed on the official website now.

Hi, will there be a mirror contest?
Hopefully, yes.
Oh I see, thanks. :)
Where will it be? On csacademy like last year?
On Codeforces.
Ah yes. Thanks!
Team Italy:
Michael MyK_00L Chelli
Giacomo giacomogallina Gallina
Andrea leoneandrea Leone
Jakob jakob_nogler Nogler
Slovak teams — 2 since we're the organiser, most don't have active CF accounts AFAIK:
Jozef Číž fezjo
Ján Priner orJaroslav Paška JaroPaskaDaniel Oravec https://codeforces.me/profile/danza Matej Urban https://codeforces.me/profile/Maturvo
By the way it has been decided that I am going to participate instead of Jan.
what will be the contest environment? (What IDEs will we have?)
I don't know exactly, but it will probably be published soon. Anyway, maybe we'll even install what you ask for if it's missing, CEOI can afford to be more flexible than IOI.
Will there be both Windows and Linux available?
No, it's the same custom Linux for everyone. But you're better off sending these questions through more official channels than a derail on a CF blog :D
Details on the environment are now online at https://ceoi.sk/environment/
Requests for additional software can be made by emailing roman.hudec at trojsten.sk in the next few days.
