Is the online judge down?

I have submitted solutions to around five practice problems. It has been almost 2 hours, but all of them are still _ in queue_. Is the online judge down for maintenance?

Maybe we should call MikeMirzayanov for help. We are in the virtual participation right now but all submissions are in queue.
