Is Codeforces down [partially]?

For some reason I can't access Problemset page of Codeforces. Is it only me or the page is actually down for maintenance?

I couldn't see rank list at any contest, neither view problems or submit solutions. Most of the options showing bugs!

Update — Successfully submitted. And other options are working fine.

It is down again right now only contests are working neither gym nor problemsets working

even if my code is correct for every problem I submit (even the one's that worked yesterday) is saying in queue for a really long time and giving back no response.
