Hi Codeforces Community,

I would like to invite you to participate in Hackerrank-hourrank edition 29 where the faster coder wins. Contest will be held at 8:30 p.m IST today. Please check time here as per your timezone. You can register for the contest at here.

I am the author of this contest. You will be given 3 problems and 1 hour of solve. Problems will be of varying difficulty scoring 10-45-70 and each problem contains subtasks. Therefore, you must read all the problems. Don't worry as usual, I promise you to deliver an interesting set of problems with something for all.

I would like to thank shashank21j, kevinsogo for giving me this opportunity and bayleef for testing this round.

Please do participate, tag your friends and challenge them to participate.

How to solve C?

Also, given that some countries are not eligible for T-Shirts, are those passed down to the next ranks or not? (Asking because I should be eligible for one if the ineligible participants are removed)
