Is CF predictor (heroku app) down?

I try to access https://cf-predictor-frontend.herokuapp.com/ and it seems like it's down.

I loved the app, hope the author will take a look at the logs if it's down.

Is there any alternative?

There's NBHEXT for Chrome, which does pretty much the exact same thing. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nbhext-for-codeforces/ogccadjmfdijakffpaaibgahfecajjfc

    I tried it out, waited 10 seconds. Nothing happens, maybe i'm using it wrong, but CF predictor way better for me.

There reason is pretty easy. CF-Predictor consists of 2 applications: frontend & backend. Heroku free account provides 1 000 hours per month. Frontend takes about 750 hours/month => there is 250 hours left for backend. So, I need turn on backend before each contest & turn off after contest finished. I've forgotten turn on it yesterday.
