Last year in VK 2011, information about T-shirt was sent to participants in June, however, I received the T-shirt about five months later. It seems that the chance for changes is quite small :(

No, that T-shirt came from VK Cup, as I didn't participate in Russian Code Cup (unfortunately, I don't know Russian).
There was no VK cup in 2011.
I think Pavel Durov would be completely surprised about VK Cup 2011.
