I find the c++ autocompletion in sublime text not good, so I use clion even though it is too slow.
(I stop using Codeblocks because it is looks not so pretty in my opinion)

I m not sure coz I use windows but acc. to If you are using Python , then you must use PyCharm instead of Visual Studio or any other IDE :)
Yes, PyCharm and all other JetBrains IDEs (e.g. IntelliJ, CLion) work on Linux.
I use Xcode because I really enjoy their debugger and because the speed it takes to run programs is minimal.
Cons - does not work on non-mac devices - you need to get xcode 9.1 online from apple developer tools because xcode 10 doese not work - you need to create a new project for every program which makes github hard to use and makes you code take up a lot memory.
